Joined FRCS in August 2020
I love Front Range because the heartbeat of this institution is discipleship. Through sports, academics, fine arts, and service, the ultimate goal of FRCS is for students to know, love, and follow Jesus. FRCS is not primarily concerned with the transmission of information, it is ultimately a transformational community that walks alongside students as they engage with the Bible, discover their belovedness, and step into their God-giving calling to love and serve the world. I love this community and am so excited to be back as a teacher!

As a Colorado native, I was raised to love all things outdoors: Hiking, camping, paddle boarding, snowboarding, and soccer (playing, watching, and coaching) are some of my most favorite things to do. A dream day off of work for me would include a good hike, going out to brunch with pals, reading a book or listening to a podcast, and playing games (especially Spikeball, even though I’m pretty bad at it).
Coffee, breakfast foods, and dinosaurs are the way to my heart. Also, in college, I lived in California and studied abroad in Israel and South Africa so all three of these places hold a really special place in my heart. Before I became a teacher, I was pretty convinced that I was going to live in South Africa forever and become a safari driver, but I guess hanging out with Junior Highers is just as exciting.
